The benefits that can be taken away from martial arts are endless. We strive to work with adults who want to improve their skills in self-defence and weight management. Providing them with ajudgement-free zone where they can push themselves to new levels of fitness. Our children classes are focused on clearly learning the skills of the martial art, while also teaching children the importance of discipline, behavior and interaction with their peers. Our after school program is focused on daily physical activities for the kids, and provides them with some time prior to pick up to focus on academics and homework. Our goal is to inspire everyone to be the best version of themselves that they can be, through physical exercise, a strong support community, motivation and goals.
